Crimson Progression
Forum Levels
Forum Levels are based on rank points. Every 100 rank points moves your account up by one visible rank across the Crimson ecosystem.
How to get levels
Rank points are earned from market activity and supported stream giveaway games.
- Creating a listing gives you +10 rank points.
- Marking a listing as sold gives you +15 rank points.
- Playing Pinata or High Noon gives you +10 rank points for participating.
- Winning Pinata or High Noon gives you +50 rank points.
Your visible rank is calculated from total rank points, so 0-99 points is Rank 1, 100-199 is Rank 2, 200-299 is Rank 3, and so on.
Game levels
Pinata and High Noon use the same rank point system as the market. You earn participation points when you join a supported platform game, and winner points when that game records you as the winner.
- Participation reward: +10 rank points.
- Winner reward: +50 rank points.
- If you participate and win the same game, you can earn both rewards.
Rank points vs reputation
Rank points control your visible level. Reputation is separate and is used for member feedback, trust, and account moderation signals. Reputation can go up or down, but it is not the number shown as your level.
When a page or overlay shows your player level, it should be showing rank based on rank points, not raw reputation.
Where it applies
Your rank follows you across the market, the Hub, and supported stream giveaway elements hosted at twitch.tv/crimsonlootcarnival and other streams using Crimson platform games.
- Market listings add rank points when created or sold.
- Pinata adds rank points for participation and wins.
- High Noon adds rank points for participation and wins.
Keep building
Rank is your account progression layer. You can also equip items in inventory to increase Effect for Play With Purpose drops, but Effect and rank are separate systems.
To put those systems to work, start with Play With Purpose.
